We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had an amazing experience. The location of the hotel is perfect, it is close to bars and restaurants and just a short distance from the seafront. We loved being able to easily access the tram and explore the area. The service and housekeeping at this hotel were top-notch. The staff was welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. They even provided a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were excellent, with ironing facilities, a comfortable sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. We especially appreciated the little touches like the complimentary toiletries and the electric kettle for making tea and coffee. The hotel also had a great bar and lounge area where we enjoyed relaxing after a long day of exploring. The sun terrace was a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beautiful weather. We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends for their next stay.

Many things to mention - absolutely perfect rooms, beautiful staff, brilliant food. Stopped by Cosy Corner Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's right at the venue, recommend. Wonderful place with amazing service too.

Reasonably clean, excellent value hotel, its location was perfect and short walk to North Shore, pubs, gay bars. North Shore is a district that deserves exploring. I enjoyed attentive personnel that ensures guests have a brilliant stay.
